Sounds like a great panel!

Perpetual access outline

-what does it mean in the digital world
-and how does it compare to purchasing print materials
-when is perpetual access important -- always or in certain
  circumstances
-what are you willing to pay (if anything) for perpetual access
-do you prefer perpetual access from the content owner's server or on
  your own institution's server, or perhaps on DVD
-is there an ideal perpetual access clause or should a different one
  be negotiated in different licenses?
