I believe that HighWire Press also has an "alert me when this 
item is cited" feature.

Respecting Stevan Harnad's comment: "I'd like to see a service 
that notifies authors when one of their works is cited by any 
journal, regardless of its publisher:" I believe ISI Web of
Science enables this.  See
