Important news for McGraw-Hill Digital Engineering Library

McGraw-Hill is pleased to announce the pending launch of
AccessEngineering, a major redesign of the online engineering
resource now known as McGraw-Hill's Digital Engineering Library.
AccessEngineering's new user focused design enhances this dynamic
source of engineering content, and will support all levels of
scientific and technical research in the corporate, industrial,
government and academic sectors.
The new URL for AccessEngineering will be active on March 9,
2009:

Features
As part of our ongoing effort to aid researchers and
professionals by providing more efficient search capabilities and
new options, the AccessEngineering team interviewed both users
and librarians and incorporated the enhancements to site design
and functionality most often requested. The new site offers many
new features and enhancements, including:
*New graphical user interface: state-of-the art functionality
streamlines access to content and reader
*New taxonomy book view: the website is now book-centric with
faster title-by-title access to our premiere engineering
collection.
*Improved Advanced Search: faster search and access to more
accurate content that saves time and delivers exact results
*McGraw-Hill Dictionary of Engineering embedded on all search
pages: search and generate results from the world-renowned
McGraw-Hill Dictionary of Engineering, which contains more than
18,000 entries containing synonyms, acronyms, abbreviations, and
a pronunciation guide are included for each term.
Subscriber Information
Access for current subscribers will be migrated from the Digital
Engineering Library to AccessEngineering on March 9, 2009. With
the AccessEngineering migration, you will experience no change in
your service or authentication and no action is required on
behalf of the library during our migration.
