There is also the percentage of OA articles in hybrid journals - 
I've seen various estimates from different publishers, but they 
seem mostly to be around the 5% mark (and not growing 
significantly)

However, the %age of articles initially published OA is not the 
whole story. I'd love to know the total percentage of the 
published literature which is (a) available online and (b) freely 
available online.
