7. Licensor shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the Information.
8. The Information is provided "as is" without warranty of any
kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. This Agreement shall be in effect for _______ from the Effective
