Orbis is now available to staff as of Wednesday January 4 at 7:30am.
LCDB (LC Resource File) has been completely restored and all search types are available to staff as of Thursday January 12.
The YUL reports server is being refreshed between Wednesday January 11-Friday January 13. During this time staff are asked not to use the YUL Toolkit/Orbis Reports for staff. When this refresh is complete, the Orbis Reports will reflect current data.
The 24 hour OPAC will also be refreshed to current status, during the Wednesday January 11-Friday January 13 refresh of the reports server.
Staff using the Catalog client may use the two new search types: Holdings Keyword and Staff Headings Keyword.
New 5.0 clients were delivered to staff Wednesday January 4. However, if you have not yet received them since logging in to your PC, please contact your Expert User.
Discharge History and Export Q are available for staff use. If you did not receive the current versions during the client push, please contact your Expert User for assistance.
