The Results

• We were overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of online study results.  
• We gathered a huge amount of valuable information about the RW and about user perceptions of the library as a whole.

Analysing the Data

• Figure out what kind of analysis you'll want to do, and then choose or create the tools to do this analysis.  
• How to analyze your data.
• We are using with MS Access to analyze and manage the data. Access is probably not the best program for this kind of qualitative analysis, but all committee members have it. One alternative program -- NUD*ST
• Intercoder reliability -- will have two people assign descriptors to each record.
• We are creating a thesaurus of descriptors to code data for easier analysis. (Nielsen's StickyNote Method)
