The data here is extremely useful. Without having analyzed the results yet, it is clear that there are important patterns emerging and suggestions that are useful.

We will analyze the data and decide upon summer revisions (rewording some links, adding some more cross references, etc.) and plan out more complex revisions for the upcoming year (incorporating more instruction about e-resources, analyzing site navigation patterns, and analyzing the design).

We plan to work with Nielsen's severity rating system for identifying and rating catastrophes, serious problems, and cosmetic problems.
