Be sure to login before you type comments. Click Discussion tab, then click the [edit] to the right of the session pt. title. The Edit window will open. Add comments, suggestions, & corrections within the Edit window. Cite slide #. IMPORTANT: If you click on the back button before you save your comment [save button is at the bottom of the edit window], it will be erased! Clicking the preview button does NOT save the edit.

Links to the PPTs. If you want to look at the slides while typing a comment, start another IE session and open the appropriate PPT link. To display the slides with the commentary, right click and select Edit Slides from the menu.
If you find it easier to work from a printout, open the PPT file and select Print from the File menu. When the print options box opens, be sure to go to the Print What box and select Notes Pages, so both the slides and notes print.
